Democratic Services confirm that this is not a key decision, as such the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 notice period does not apply. You should take a decision on or after Monday 25 January 2021 in order to meet Constitutional requirements about publication of decisions that are to be made. You may wish to discuss the report with the Corporate Director before it is made. Please indicate your decision on the duplicate memo supplied, and return it to me when you have made your decision. Cabinet Member Decision Notice – 25 January 2021 OFFICIAL DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES ON 25 JANUARY 2021 The Cabinet Member for Famil ies, Education and Wellbeing has made the following decision today: 1. CABINET MEMBER FOR FAMILIES, EDUCATION AND WELLBEING SCHOOL GOVERNING BODY – VARIATION OF INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNMENT DECISION: That the Cabinet Member agrees for Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School to reduce their Governing Board by two members, one from foundation and one from co- opted governors. REASONS FOR THE DECISION MADE The reduction in governors is proposed after having reviewed the Full Governing Body membership and skills required to strategically support the school effectively. ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED AND REJECTED The Cabinet Member could decline to approve the reduction or request more information about it.
