Executive Decision Notice – 20 October 2021 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision Housing Revenue Account Works to Stock Programme 2021/22: Reactive Replacement of Domestic Boilers for October and November 2021 - DRAW DOWN RELEASE NO: 38 Reference No. 300 Date of decision 20 October 2021 Call-in expiry date 5pm, on Wednesday 27 October 2021 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance and Property Relevant Ward(s) All Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Martin Goddard – Cabinet Member for Finance Councillor Jonathan Bianco – Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure APPROVED That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet Member for Property & Infrastructure agreed to the capital release request of £88k from the Gas Boilers workstream budget within the Housing Revenue Account Works to Stock Programme 2021/22 for the reactive replacement of obsolete domestic boilers. Reason for decision To enable obsolete boilers to be replaced as necessary. Alternative options considered and rejected None at this stage.
