Executive Decision Notice – 12 November 2021 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision TENDER ACCEPTANCE FOR THE PROVISION OF ON-SITE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT SAVIOURS HOUSE Reference No. 315 Date of decision Friday 12 November 2021 Call-in expiry date 5pm, on Friday 19 November 2021 Relevant Select Committee(s) Environment, Housing and Regeneration Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) Charville Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Ian Edwards – Leader of the Council Councillor Eddie Lavery - Cabinet Member for Environment, Housing and Regeneration APPROVED That the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet Member for Environment, Housing & Regeneration award ed the contract for the provision of on- site management services at Saviours House to Cromwood Ltd, at a contract value of £415,280 for 3 + 1 years (£103,820 p.a.). Reason for decision Under this contract the Council is entering into an arrangement with an experienced provider of management services associated with temporary accommodation for homeless households. This provider will take on the day -to-day management of the facility. Alternative options considered and rejected The Cabinet Members could have declined to award the contract to the recommended provider.
