Executive Decision Notice – 15 February 2022 Page 2 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk Reason for decision Lift condition surveys were undertaken and identified a number of deficiencies with the passenger lifts in housing properties. These deficiencies were developed into a prioritised planned works programme which commenced in 2017. Alternative options considered and rejected No other options for carrying out these works were considered.
