RELEASE NO: 23 Reference No. 379 Date of decision Friday 18 February 2022 Call-in expiry date Friday 25 February 2022 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance and Property Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) All Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Martin Goddard – Cabinet Member for Finance Councillor Jonathan Bianco - Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure Approved That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure agree to the following capital release request of £127k from the Property Works Programme (PWP) Capital Budget 2021/2022; Miscellaneous Programme for the Preparation and Internal and External Remedials at Barra Hall. Reason for decision Barra Hall in Hayes is a G rade 2 listed building and in need of internal fabric remedials and external remedials to the stonework. These will protect the external façade and woodwork from the effects of the weather and replace the skylight windows. These remedial works will ensure that the Council is protecting the listed building and carrying out its obligation to maintain its built assets and the assets value.
