Reason for decision The Grade II* Listed Tudor walls at St Martin’s Church in We st Drayton were in poor condition and required repairs to restore the historic wall and protect residents using the church buildings. Alternative options considered and rejected The listed wall was confirmed as a health and safety risk to the public due to structurally unsafe condition of the walls. It wa s recommended that works proceed to protect the public accessing the church.
