Release No: 2 Reference No. 455 Date of decision Tuesday 3 May 2022 Call-in expiry date 5pm, Tuesday 10 May 2022 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance & Property Relevant Ward(s) Eastcote & East Ruislip Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Martin Goddard - Cabinet Member for Finance Councillor Jonathan Bianco - Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure Approved That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure agreed to the capital release request of £61k from the Property of Works Programme 2022/23: Structural Works Programme – Refurbishment Works to the Eastcote House Garden Wall Reason for decision By undertaking these works the Council will protect this asset that forms part of the popular Eastcote House Complex. The wall needs refurbishment and some additional structural supports to prevent further deterioration. Alternative options considered and rejected No viable options.
