Transport and the Cabinet Member for Finance ac cept the
tender and approve the award of contract K P Building
Contractors Limited for the provision of the planned
remedial works at Barden Court, Sheltered Housing
Scheme, Harefield to the London Borough of Hillingdon for
a period of 12 weeks at the value of £131,300.
Reason for decision The contract is to undertake the planned remedial works and
replacement of rotten single glazed communal windows and
asbestos cladding at Barden Court, Hall Drive, Harefield which
is a sheltered housing scheme.
