That the Leader and Cabinet Member for Resident ’
Services:
1. Accept a direct award to P3 to the London Borough
of Hillingdon for the provision of Homelessness
Prevention Youth Services for a period from 1 April
2024 until 31 March 2025 at the value of £100,000.
2. Note that a full review of commissioned housing
advice and support services for young people will be
undertaken with Children’s Services during the next
12 months to explore re -commissioning options to
ensure best use of available resources.
Reason for decision As part of the Council’s housing responsibilities, there is a need
to provide a homeless prevention service for young people aged
18-25 who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
