Reason for decision Fire risk assessments (FRAs) were undertaken by Frankham
RMS Consultancy. Following recommendations, officers are
required to upgrade all the main entrance door sets to FD30s.
Replacing the main entrance doors to FD30s will mean that all
doors will have 30 minutes’ resistance in the event of a fire. This
will mean we are compliant with fire safety regulations.
