Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by

Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member for Planning, Housing & Growth:
1) Noted the responses received to the formal
consultation for the proposed introduction of the
Zone HY9 Hayes Parking Management Scheme in
Crossway, East Walk, Hunters Grove, Minet Drive
(between the junctions with Hunters Grove and
Coldharbour Lane) and West Walk, Hayes.
2) Approved the installa tion of the Zone HY9 Hayes
Parking Management Scheme in Crossway, East
Walk, Hunters Grove, Minet Drive (between the
junctions with Hunters Grove and Coldharbour
Lane) and West Walk, Hayes as shown on Appendix
E.
3) Approved formal consultation to be carried out on
the following amendments to the proposed scheme:
i) Extension of the existing double yellow lines
on Showers Way, Hayes at the junction with
Minet Drive as shown on Appendix C.
ii) Removal of the Zone HY9 scheme outside
Nos. 9 to 20 Crossway, Hayes as
shown on Appendix D.

Reason for decision The recommendation reflects the majority of responses received
to the formal consultation and follows extensive discussion with
the local Ward Councillors.
