Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member approved the rent review for
the property in Sutton Court Road as set out in th e
associated report.
Reason for decision The report seeks approval of a rent review for a retail
premises on Sutton Court Road.
Alternative options
considered and rejected
The alternative is not to approve the agreed -in-principle
rental increase for this rent review. This is likely to lead to
the rent review being referred for third party determination
by arbitration. This action will involve a degree of risk as
third-party determination may result in a rental figure being
determined above or below the rent negotiated between
parties and result in substantial arbitration fees on both
sides.
