That the Leader of the Council, in consultation with the
Cabinet Members for Planning, Housing & Property and
Corporate Services, Digital & Transformation agreed
the award to Access UK Ltd for the provision of Access
Adam Housing Management system, through the G -
Cloud 14 framework, for a three-year period at £199,250.
Reason for decision The Cabinet Member s agreed that Access Adam Housing
was the only solution capable of meeting the Council’s full
requirements. The proposed three-year contract will provide
the system and implementation resources required to
support successful delivery and adoption.
Alternative options
considered and rejected
The do -nothing option was discounted because it would
create unacceptable operational, financial and compliance
risks. Other options considered w
ere also deemed to be
inadequate.
