Welcome to the Hillingdon Docs HMO Register viewer. This project aims to make the public register of Licensed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) easier to browse, search, and understand.

Data Source

The data presented on this site is extracted from the London Borough of Hillingdon's public register. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, this is an automated extraction and may contain errors. Please verify any critical information with the official council records.

HMO Applications

The HMO Register shows the currently licensed HMOs as listed by LB Hillingdon. There is a separate list of new planning applications for new HMOs as per the Article 4 Direction. Those new applications are tracked on this page.

How to use this site

You can browse properties by Ward to see the distribution across the borough, or view by Licence Holder to see portfolios of properties managed by specific individuals or companies.
