Executive Decision Notice – 5 November 2021 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision Housing Revenue Account Works to Stock Programme 2021/22: Structural Work-Stream – Additional Structural Works at 1,3 and 46,48 Closemead Close RELEASE NO: 41 Reference No. 304 Date of decision 5 November 2021 Call-in expiry date 5pm, on Friday 12 November 2021 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance and Property Relevant Ward(s) All Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Martin Goddard – Cabinet Member for Finance Councillor Jonathan Bianco – Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure APPROVED That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure approve the capital release requests of £40k from the Structural Work- Stream within the Housing Revenue Account Works to Stock Programme 2021/22 capital budget for the additional structural works and associated costs at 1,3 and 46,48 Closemead Close. Reason for decision The proposed project is for the structural repair and underpinning works at 1,3 and 46,48 Closemead Close due to the nature and condition of the properties. Progressing with the proposed structural underpinning works at 1,3 and 46,48 Closemead Close will ensure further damage to the building structure is prevented and ensure that the Council is carrying out its obligation to maintain its built assets. Alternative options considered and rejected None at this stage.
