Reason for decision The previously approved contract issued in February 2019 (Con-14854) with CCR Property Services Ltd for reactive repairs on drainage clearances and associated services had the option to extend the contract by one further year. The contractor’s performance over the first two years and seven months of the contract was good and therefore officers recommended the option to extend the contract until February 2023. Furthermore, CCR Property service Ltd employed four local Hillingdon residents and offered a particularly good service for the Council. Alternative options considered and rejected The retendering of the contract was considered; however, the contractor's performance had been good over the last two years plus of the contract and it was considered that taking advantage of the previously Executive Decision Notice – 03 December 2021 Page 2 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk approved one-year contract extension was the best value option.
