Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet
Member for Property, Highways & Transport:
1. Approved the appointment of CCR Property Services
Ltd as principal contractor to carry out the drainage
remedial works to Campbell Close and Hale End
Close at a cost of £230k; and,
2. Agreed to the capital release request of £312 k from
the Housing Revenue Account Works to Stock
Programme 2024/25 Structural Work- Stream budget
for the funding of the drainage repair works to
Campbell Close and Hale End Close.
Reason for decision Progressing with the works recommended following the
structural review of Campbell Close and Hale End Close, Ruislip
will ensure that the dwellings are stable and remain in a
condition suitable for occupying by tenants and leaseholders.
Alternative options
considered and
rejected
No alternatives were considered. The Council has a duty to
ensure that the housing stock it owns is properly maintained.
