Executive Decision Notice – 18 February 2022 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision TRIBAL ADULT AND COMMUNITY LEARNING SYSTEM Reference No. 391 Date of decision Friday 18 February 2022 Call-in expiry date Friday 25 February 2022 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance and Property Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) All Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Martin Goddard – Cabinet Member for Finance Councillor Douglas Mills – Cabinet Member for Corporate Services and Transformation Approved That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services and Transformation accepted the single tender from Tribal Education Limited for the provision of the Adult Community Learning system to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a two- year period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024 and at the value of £131,064. Reason for decision Tribal Education Business System is the Council’s fully hosted Adult and Community Learning Management Information system that enables the management and administration of Adult Learning courses and learner enrolments across all the centres. Alternative options considered and rejected Alternative longer -term options were considered, but deemed not viable currently, given the contractual position.
