That the Cabinet Member for Finance & Transformation
accept the single tender from Tribal Education Limited via
the G-Cloud 14 Framework for the provision of the Tribal
Education Business System to the London Borough of
Hillingdon for a 1+1 year period, effective from 01 January
2025 to 31 December 2026 and at the value of £137,824.
Reason for decision Tribal Education Business System (EBS) is the Council’s fully
hosted Adult and Community Learning Management Information
system (MIS) that enables the management and administration
of Adult Learning courses and learner enrolments across all the
centres.
Tribal EBS provides real -time, reliable data through which
learners can be supported and the funding maximised.
Learners’ progress is tracked through individual learning plans
(ILP) and monitored online by the system throughout their
courses such that any support required is identified quickly to
enable them to progress and succeed. The existing contract with
Tribal Education Limited ends 31 December 2024.
