Agreed to the direct award of contract under the Braintree consultancy framework agreement and the appointment of Allen Consultancy Services Ltd, to provide specialist consultancy support to the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund – Wave 1 project at a value of £239k. 2. Agreed the capital release request of £239k from the Housing Revenue Account Works to Stock Green Homes Initiative 2022/23 capital programme budget for Specialist Consultancy Fees associated with the delivery of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund – Wave 1 Works to various Council owned properties. Executive Decision Notice – 4 May 2022 Page 2 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk Reason for decision The appointment of specialist consultancy support services is a requirement to enable delivery of the Social Housing Decarbonisation fund – Wave 1. The appointment of the specialist consultants will facilitate survey of the dwellings, issue the report, recommendations and preparation of the tender documents for the Pilot Scheme and Main Programme. Alternative options considered and rejected None.
