Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member for Finance and the Cabinet
Member for Property, Highways & Transport:
1) Agreed to the re-appointment of Design Consultants,
Hunters;
2) Agreed to the re-appointment of Employer’s Agents,
Philip Panks Partnership LLP;
3) Approved the budget virement of £1,070k from the
2023/24 HRA Unallocated Acquisition and
Development budget to create a new budget for
Falling Lane and Otterfield Road projects; and
4) Agreed to the capital release requests of £1,070k as
set out in Appendix A.
Reason for decision The approval of funds will allow the project to proceed to the next
stage. Agreeing to the re- appointment of their original services,
which were approved at Cabinet in June 2019, will allow for the

continuity of their services which have been delivered
intermittently over the past 3 years.

consultants or framework providers, but this would impact on
continuity of service delivery.
