Decision Approved
That th e Leader of the Council, Cabinet Member for
Property, Highways & Transport and Cabinet Member for
Finance:
1) Approved the appointment of Philip Pank
Partnership for Consultancy Services via the
Hillingdon Framework up to RIBA stage 3 (design
and survey stage) for the redevelopment of the
current studio bungalows at Haydon Drive, Pinner,
HA5 2PN, as outlined in Table 1;
2) Approved the appointment of Hunters and Partners
Ltd for Architectural Services via the Hillingdon
Framework up to RIBA stage 3 (design stage) for
the redevelopment of the current studio bungalows
at Haydon Drive, Pinner, HA5 2PN , as outlined in
Table 1; and
3) Agreed to the capital release of £505k from the HRA
Unallocated Acquisition and Development Budget
2023-2028 and virement to create new budget

redevelopment proposals at Haydon Drive, Pinner,
HA5 2PN to full planning (as set out in Appendix A
of the confidential report).
Reason for decision Progressing with the appointment will ensure that much needed
additional Social Housing can be made available for local residents.

Alternative options were considered; however, due to the
housing needs in the Borough, the option to develop residential
housing is being progressed.
