That the Cabinet Member for Finance & Transformation
and Cabinet Member for Corporate Services & Property
agreed to the reallocation of previously released capital
funding for the proposed development of flats at Haydon
Drive, Pinner, HA5 2PN, towards the new proposals for
development of 21 houses. Funds of £201k from the
Haydon Drive Capital Programme Budget to be reallocated
to progress the planning application for 21 houses.
Reason for decision Progressing with the planning approval of developing 21
houses will ensure that much needed additional Social
Housing can be made available for local residents.

Alternative options were considered; however, due to the
housing needs in the Borough, the option to develop residential
housing is being progressed.
