Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by
Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon:
Title of decision RELEASE OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANT ON THE
FREEHOLD LAND, IN YIEWSLEY

Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member:
1. Approves the release of the restrictive covenant on
the title that states the land on the west side of
Colham Avenue, Yiewsley, is only to be used as a
private garden or for the parking of private motor
vehicles.
2. Authorises Officers, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Property, Highway and Transport, to
make any further necessary decisions with regard to
the matter.
Reason for decision Cabinet Member approval is being sought to proceed with the
release of the restrictive covenant. Release of the covenant will
enable the capital receipt to be reinvested.
Alternative options
considered and
rejected
The alternative option would be to reject the offer and keep the
covenant in the title. There is no benefit to the Council in
proceeding down this route.
