Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member for Property, Highways and
Transport:
1. Noted the objection received to the statutory
consultation on proposed ‘at any time’ waiting
restrictions in Hurstfield Crescent, Hayes; and
2. Based on the responses received to the formal
consultation, asked that officers arrange for
further statutory consultation to be carried out on
proposed double yellow lines as seen in the plan
attached as Appendix C; and
3. Asked that officers arrange for statutory
consultation to take place on a proposed
extension to the footway parking exemption as
also seen in the plan attached as Appendix C.
Reason for decision These recommendations are in line with the views expressed
during the statutory consultation and are supported by the local
ward councillors.
