That the Cabinet Member for Finance and Transformation
and the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services and
Property:
Agreed to the award of the two -year extension to TRAC
Associates Ltd for the provision of a sbestos management
surveys, air sampling and t echnical support across the
HRA and corporate estate from 17th January 2025 until 16th
January 20 27 at an estimated annual cost of £75 .9k per
annum.
Reason for decision To ensure the Council remains compliant with the requirements
of the c ontrol of a sbestos regulations 2012 (L143 - second
edition 2013) and HSG264 Asbestos: The s urvey guide 2012
and the health and safety at work Act 1974.
