Considered the comments received from the statutory consultation for the proposed ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions on Savoy Avenue, Hayes; and 2. Approved the introduction of the proposed ‘At Any Time’ waiting restrictions on Savoy Avenue, Hayes, as shown at Appendix B to the confidential report. Reason for decision To improve access on Savoy Avenue yet still maintain parking for residents. Alternative options considered and rejected The Council could decide not to proceed with the installation of the ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions as advertised. Officers can implement Cabinet Member decision in this notice only from the expiry of the scrutiny call-in period which is: 5pm on Wednesday 10 December 2025 However, this is subject to the decision not being called in by Councillors on the relevant Select Committee. Upon receipt of a valid call-in request, Democratic Services will immediately advise the relevant officer(s) and the decision must then be put on hold.
