Decision That the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services &
Property, and the Cabinet Member for Planning,
Housing & Growth authorise the grant of an extension
for the relevant period of 90 years to the existing
leasehold interest as outlined in this report in
accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold
Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
Reason for decision Following the service of a formal Notice under the Leasehold
Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the
Council was statutorily obliged to comply with the procedural
requirements and timescales set out in the legislation
