Considers the objection received from the statutory consultation for the proposed speed reduction on Breakspear Road North, Harefield. 2. Approves the proposed speed reduction measure on Breakspear Road North, Harefield. Reason for decision To improve road safety on Breakspear Road North. Alternative options considered and rejected The Council could decide not to proceed with the proposed speed reduction plan.
