Decision made
Cabinet Members
making the decision
Councillor Ian Edwards – Leader of the Council
Councillor Douglas Mills – Cabinet Member for Corporate
Services
Approved
That the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet Member for
Corporate Services:
1) Accepted the single tender from Oneserve Limited
for the provision of Housing Repairs Solution via the
CCS G-Cloud13 Framework to the London Borough
of Hillingdon for a three -year period from 15 April
2023 to 14 April 2026 and at the cost of £75,856 per
annum plus RPI fee uplifts from Year 2 onwards; and,
2) Agreed that this includes the provision to extend the
contract for a one-year period at the value of £75,856
plus RPI uplift from Year 3 price, with any extension
authorised by the Corporate Director of Central
Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member.
Reason for decision Awarding the contract to Oneserve Limited for the provision of
hosting, support and maintenance of the Council’s social
housing repair jobs management system ensured continuity of
this critical application, its’ complex integrations with other key
systems, and ensure d that there wa s no in
terruption for
residents reporting their housing repairs.
Alternative options
considered and
rejected
To do nothing, this would have left the Council with no support
for the management of the repairs system and integrations

This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk
which would have seriously put at risk the financial services to
both the Council and residents.
To retender for a new system, the Council could have changed
suppliers, but not within the current timeframe due to the
complexity of the current applications and integration with other
systems, therefore this was not recommended.
