That the Leader of the Council, in conjunction with the
Cabinet Member for Community & Environment agrees to
extend the current contract with MPM Specialist Solutions
Limited for the provision of graffiti and flyposting removal
services to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a one -
year period from December 2024 to December 2025 and
grant a further 12 months to MPM Specialist Solutions
Limited via a Direct Award for the period December 2025 to
December 2026 at the estimated cost of £ 192k for the total
two years.
Reason for decision The Council has ongoing requirements for the removal of graffiti
and flyposting. MPM Specialist Solutions Limited continues to
provide a high level of service in line with the service level
agreements specified within the contract. Value for money is
reviewed annually in line with the contract.
