That the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services &
Property agreed the surrender and regrant of a new lease
negotiated by officers, as detailed in this report, and
authorised the Corporate Director of Place to complete the
new lease on these terms in consultation with Legal
Services.
Reason for decision The Cabinet Member was asked to agree the proposed
surrender and regrant in accordance with the Council’s
constitution. This required the Cabinet Member for Corporate
Services & Property to formally authorise the grant of a lease
of under 7 years at a rent of between £10k - £100k.
