Executive Decision Notice – 17 December 2021 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision Commercial Lease Renewals : Mount Pleasant Farm Harefield - PART II Reference No. 339 Date of decision Friday 17 December 2021 Call-in expiry date 5pm, on Friday 24 December 2021 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance and Property Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) Harefield Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Jonathan Bianco – Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure APPROVED That the Cabinet Member: Authorised the surrender of the existing Agricultural Holding Act (AHA) tenancy and grant of a new 25-year lease of Mount Pleasant Farm, Harefield on the main terms outlined in the report. Reason for decision The proposal is to accept a surrender of the existing agricultural tenancy and grant a new 25-year lease (to be contracted out of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954) to the son of the current tenant.
