That the Cabinet Member for Finance:
1) Accepted the tender from Mastek Evosys for the
provision of System Implementation Services for the
Oracle Cloud Transformation project to the London
Borough of Hillingdon for a 2 -year period from 1
March 2023 to 28 February 2025 and at the value of
£835,352; and,
2) Accepted a direct award to AM1 Ltd for the provision
of Programme Management and Specialist support
for the Oracle Cloud Transformation project to the
London Borough of Hillingdon for a 2 -year period
from 1 March 2023 to 28 February 2025 and at the
value of £756,000.
Reason for decision This project is intended to deliver cashable savings in moving to
the more modern cloud platform which would be projected to
total £300k per annum, an increase from £200k estimated in
October 2022. In addition, greater integration across the cloud
platform and improved access to management information is
expected to contribute towards the Council’s objective of be ing

an efficient, well -run, digital -enabled council working with
partners to deliver services to improve the lives of residents.

considered to demonstrate best value for this contract.
