That the Cabinet Member for Finance, Cabinet Member for
Property, Highways and Transport, and the Cabinet
Member for Residents’ Services agreed to the following
capital release request for £74k from the 2022/23 General
Capital Contingency Fund for the installation of a Sewage
Treatment Plant at Cranford Park (Appendix A).
Reason for decision The Tricel Sewage Treatment Plant is the m ost economically
advantageous of the limited foul drainage options available for
the site.
