That the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services &
Property agreed to the proposed licence fee review of
the licence to Central and North- West London NHS
Trust in respect of offices at Civic Centre Uxbridge UB8
1UW, the details of which are set out in the report.
Reason for decision It was agreed by the Cabinet Member for Corporate
Services & Property that the proposed review of the licence
fee under the current licence to Central and North- West
London NHS Trust for offices at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge
(UB8 1UW), as set out in the report, be approved.
Alternative options
considered and rejected
An alternative option, whereby the licence fee review was
not initiated and the current licence fee remained
unchanged, resulting in a potential loss of revenue to the
Council, was rejected by the Cabinet Member.
