Decision Agreed
The Cabinet Member for Planning, Housing & Property
approves entering into a Tenancy at Will with LNWH
NHST Trust for temporary occupation of part ground
floor office and clinical space at the Civic Centre.
Reason for decision The Cabinet Member for Planning, Housing and Property
approved a Tenancy at Will with LNWH NHS Trust for
temporary use of part of the ground floor at the Civic Centre.
The space was used to support GP services for residents
and provide a short -term income, while wider leasing
arrangements for the building were being agreed.
Alternative options
considered and rejected
It was noted that declining the occupation would have
resulted in the loss of income and GP services for residents,
while offering only a long- term agreement would have
reduced flexibility and not met the tenant’s immediate
operational needs.
